For this project we had to remove the boundary wall to make room for new extension. We completed all groundworks foundations brickwork, blockwork, steel work and roofing works.
To acheive the vaulted ceiling we had to install extra steel beams which is slightly more work but well worth it for the end result - as we are sure you will agree. The client needed a secure way to allow their cat access to the garden so we added a built in microchip cat flap within the wall.
Once the main works were completed we also knocked through to the living room and completed renovation works to the existing living room which included
fitting an additional new small window for extra light, a new ceiling to loose existing Artex and incorporate new LED down lights. We fitted a bespoke built in home sound system with HDMI connections and speaker ports complete with ceiling speakers.
To complete the project we decorated throughout with feature wall, added Pewter shade wall lights, new internal doors, anthracite radiators with tall radiator in new extension, Anthracite bifold doors and Solar powered Velux windows with Solar powered blinds. Externally we finished off the job by fitting 6ft close board fencing the whole way around property.
Very happy clients with lots of extra space. Client enjoys using their new sound system. Bifolds are exellent for Summer days.
